What You Need To Operate This Business
This is not a complicated business to operate nor is it expensive.

internet access to our web site, a hand calculator, good
fax machine and a phone. If you’re good at math and can
multiply on paper then a calculator isn’t necessary!
Special software is not necessary.

to seller’s, buyer’s responses to classified
ads and so on, using a spreadsheet program. The same can be
accomplished with any paper notebook, so to each his/her own!
After receiving
an accepted offer from a seller you will need to place a classified
ad in your daily newspaper to attract
Buyer’s. Some consultant’s will place an ad to
attract Buyer’s before having a property under contract.
This is perfectly fine if your budget allows. You can check
with your daily newspaper to get approximate rates.
That’s basically it. If you’re a seasoned investor
you’re already familiar with this. The last and most important
ingredients for any successful business operation are effort
and determination! Of course we can’t guarantee your success
but with solid effort and determination your odds of success
